Features: BizPBX is free phone system for Windows. This is able to provide unified communications with many features of a sophisticated PBX. These include a directory that shows online status, conference call facilities, voice mail, soft fax, text message, internal email and IM features. Calls are routed through VoIP/Skype. You can even call the PBX remotely to access free call facilities. Calls between branches are free. Some features that may help improve corporate image are web call-me options, ring group calls that make immediate answering possible. Fax receipt in real time and IVR customization are other such features that can be tweaked to improve customer response.
